Pole Flow (1-12)

Pole Flow is your chance to put on those heels (totally optional) and learn to glide, spin, and move effortlessly around the pole. 

Leading the way is our incredible instructor, Jade. Not only does she regularly compete in pole competitions, but she’s also a judge - so she knows exactly what it takes to captivate an audience and truly connect with the music. Her quirky, one-of-a-kind style is what makes every lesson with her so much fun. You’ll love it as much as we do!
